Your Athlete Pool is where you keep the people associated with your horses and competition entries. Setting this up first makes entering competitions faster and easier.
Who should I add to my Athlete Pool?
Add the people you regularly need for your competition entries, including:
Riders
Owners
Trainers
Coaches
You only need to add each person once. Once they’re in your Athlete Pool, you can easily select them when completing your entries and assign a role to them.
So the best way to get set up is to add everybody into the Athlete Pool first.
How to Add People
From your Dashboard, go to the menu item Athletes on the left
Select Active Athletes
You then have the option to Add Manually or Add using USEF number
