How to Add a Person (Athlete) Using Their USEF Number

Any Person who has a USEF number can be added quickly and easily to your account simply by using that number.

💡REMEMBER The Athlete section is found by going to your Dashboard > Selecting Athletes from the menu > Active Athletes > Add Athlete

  • Select Add from USEF

  • Enter the person’s USEF number.

  • Add in the Mobile, Email and Zip code.

  • ‼️ These details must match the information held by USEF on their system

    • This is to ensure we keep your data secure ⬇️

  • Press Continue.

  • If the details do not match then the person cannot be set up this way BUT you can always add them manually.

  • Add all of your people to the Athlete Pool before starting your first competition entry

  • Once your Athlete Pool is set up, you’ll be able to quickly select the appropriate rider, owner, trainer and coach as you complete your entry.
