Log in to your Horse Monkey account
From the left-hand menu > select Athletes > Active Athletes.
Select the rider/athlete you want to delete.
Scroll to the bottom of their profile and click Delete.
Confirm that you want to permanently delete the rider/athlete.
Don't Want to Permanently Delete the Rider/Athlete?
You can Archive the rider/athlete instead.
This removes them from your active list without permanently deleting their information.
Select Archive Athlete from their profile.
They will move to Archived Athletes and will no longer appear in your active list when making an entry.
If you need the rider/athlete again in the future, you can move them back to Active Athletes.
đĄ If you get an error message saying the Horse cannot be deleted it will be because the horse has entry data attached to it
So simply choose the Archive option instead.
How Do I Remove Owners / Trainers / Coaches?
The process to remove these individuals is basically the same
These individuals can be seen under Horses > then Trainers and Coaches
Owners are found by selecting the Horse they own and then going to the Owners section
You can Delete or Archive depending on whether they have been used on a booking
