If you need to reset your password please follow these steps.

You will see a confirmation that the reset link has been sent
Check your email (and junk if you do not find it!)
Click the active link to get to the reset screen.
Reset your password making sure you comply with the requirements and click submit
Make sure you update the stored password so you can access your account quickly in future
