Once you’ve found the competition you want to enter, Horse Monkey will guide you through 5 simple steps.
Step 1 - Build your combination
Step 2 - Select your classes
Step 3 - Complete mandatory information
Step 4 - Add stabling/services
Step 5 - Review & Pay

Step 1: Build Your Combination
Select the horse, rider, owner, trainer, and coach for your entry.
Once everything is correct, select Continue.
💡Tip: Add your Horses and People to your account before you start to make entering even quicker.
Step 2: Select Your Classes
Choose the classes you want to enter by dropping down the sections
Click the class you want to enter
Complete the pop up to Select Status and TOC if appropriate
💡Tip: Use the search bar and enter key words eg First and all First level tests over the event will be displayed
When all classes are selected for that Combination then click Continue
Step 3: Complete Required Information
Check the information required for your horse and the people associated with your entry.
Ready (GREEN) – nothing else is needed
Review fields (ORANGE) – open the section and complete or check the information requested.
The missing information can be deferred and added at a later date but before the event
Fields are missing (RED) - some mandatory information is missing and cannot be deferred and added later
So you need to review that section and complete the necessary details
Select Continue when you're ready.
Step 4: Add Stabling & Services
Select any stabling or additional services you need
Mandatory fees are displayed in this Step
When you're happy with your selections, select Continue.
Step 5: Review & Pay
Check your entries, services, fees, and total.
You can open each section by clicking the arrow on the right hand side
Complete any required documents or send them to the appropriate person to complete if needed.
Add a note for the competition secretary if you have any additional information to share.
Accept the Horse Monkey Terms and Conditions,
Select Pay Now.
💡If someone else is paying for your entry, select Generate payment link instead.
You're Entered!
Once payment is complete, your booking will be submitted.
You can view your entry at any time from Bookings in your Horse Monkey account.
